Travel to the south, a very special photo

I´m not a fan of the photography, made photos is not part of my hobbies. But I took photos when I think the moment is important or the place is nice. I took this photo when I travel with my family to the south of Chile, it was a looong loong travel in the car and this photo was tooked a few minutes before to arrive Villarrica.

Maybe I like this photo because we can see trees around the  highway, is like a welcome to the south and that makes funny the travel. Sometimes I go the north and is very boring the trip because you see always the same environment. Probably, the vegetation is the thing that I more like of this part of Chile.

 Other reason because this photo is special is because remember me how I love spend time with my family and the vacations are always wonderful with them, I have great memories about my vacations. I love the travels in the car listening music, asking to my parents how much faul to get here, doing some stoping in "Puntos" to eat something... anyway, photos like this makes me feel happy, but nostalgic.

My favourite piece of technology

My favourite piece of technology is my electric piano. Maybe, an electric piano not look like a piece of technology, but it is a great technological advance and I will try to explain why.

So, first, this object was a present for christmas, that my parents give me years ago. Since then, I used it for practices and learn some pieces. I really love it because I think this is one of the few things that make the world stop for a moment (and there is nothing that annoys me more than interrupt me jaja).

Freak data, the trademark is "Kawai" and my friends alway laugh when they see the trademark.

This is a technology piece because it use electricity to work. This is amazing because years ago, the pianos only works with a very very complicated system of strings whose maintenance was very expensive. Also, to tune a piano is very difficult because every string have to be tuned, one by one (and the riall pianos to this days too). Eighty eight strings usually. In antiquity the people say that only with a divined don you can tune a piano. Today you can buy an electric tuner for $5.000.

For this reason, I think the electric piano is an amazing piece of technology because I only have to plug it and that´s it, time to make music.

About my decisions of my future

I think I've gone through all the possible professional possibilities: veterinary, cheff, actress, musician, doctor, engineer, lawyer, political scientist... Everything jaja. But when I had about nine, I decided to be an astronomer, I thought that it was the most incredible profession, sadly, I never been a good person with numbers. Maths and physics hate me! Until this day I love the astronomy, I hope to dedicate myself to that in an amateur way someday (I also love UFO themes).

The last year I had to decided what to study the next year. The recently years I discovered that I have the need to make a better world, I want to help people, so I decided to study politics sciences, because that would make it possible for me to start a political career and influence those who make decisions and help. But then, I think that the subjects of that career are not enough for me, that doesn't make me feel really interested in the career. So I started to invetigate and I found "the anthropology", I fell in love! had everything that I liked, history, phylosphy, science, pshychology... In that moment, I knew it was for me. My parents support my desicion, and then I become to investigate more and more about anthropology.

Until now, the experience is excelent, sometimes the texts are boring, but I don´t care about it, everything is learning. The unique problem is that I miss a lot my family and my home :'( I hope I can get used to it.

The objectives now are the same as when I decide to be a politic scientist, I hope that in the future can make a better country and better world. In the past post, I mentioned that my biggest dream is travel, I hope that my work allows me to travel a lot and know many differents places and people. I also want to keep improving in music and writing; ok, I know it, I need to concentrate myself in one thing, BUT I CAN'T!

A few of me

Hi everyone, my name is Valentina Páez and today I will say a few words about myself.
I born in Los Andes in august 29 of 1999, a very early sunday, maybe, the only day in my
life that I wake up early by myself. I’m the first children of my parents, when I born they lived
in a very small apartment, but when I turned 5 we moved to a very beautiful and big house
in the countryside, I love to much my house, we have animals and everything is green.

I think that i don´t have to much to say about my years in the school, they where boring
and lonely days, nothing special.

However, I always doing new and different things, I need to keep my mind busy.  Since I was
a kid I liked to paint and reading, but the most important thing in the world for me is the
music.
When I have 12 years old, I started to playing piano, a few years late I become to learn guitar.
I love going to concerts of metal, rock, classical music, opera… In the concerts I feel like a great conection between me and the musicians.. I like to write, I think that it's a very relaxing activity for my mind.

This year I have started to study at the university, I hope to become a great anthropologist,

write books and that sorts of think, but above all: travel, travel and keep traveling, thats
my biggest dream.
